“THE BLOCK IN THE MIDDLE OF VASANT VIHAR”

E Block is almost at the center of Vasant Vihar, with access to the 3 main roads; Poorvi Marg, Vasant Marg and Paschimi Marg. It is one of the larger Blocks. There are 2 large Parks which are beautifully maintained by interested residents. These Parks attract visitors from outside E Block as well. There are 3 other smaller Parks too, in one of them you can walk your dogs.
There are 4 schools in E Block – Modern School, Delhi Public School and Magic Years Montessori Pre-school and DPS kindergarten. We are proud of the fact that the Vasant Vihar Club too is also a part of E Block.
Our very popular market caters to the daily needs of all of Vasant Vihar. It is home to the first Green Chik Shop that was ever opened in Delhi. The fruit and vegetable shops have been a part of the E Block Community for many decades
The other facilities in E Block are two well-known pathology laboratories, several dentists, a homeopath and a medical centre.

I am a 68 year old rare Turbaned Chopra, a product of Col Browns school, Dehra Dun and St John’s Chandigarh, an Ex soldier, I am Chairman & MD of a High tech Aviation Security Company. While building a successful business empire, I also follow my passion, golf. My zest to make the most of my free time, goes beyond golf, to painting. I have created artwork as a means to cope with stress, you can see those paintings in our E block home. Our home is a passion project, designed along with my wife Sangeeta, who has a keen interest in interiors. Being a father of two daughters, I love holidaying with my family, two trips in a year are a MUST. I do write poetry too, but that’s for another day to tell. I am very passionate about making Vasant Vihar a better and happier place for its residents. In my spare time I love to try new cuisines and restaurants around the city and consider myself a big-time food connoisseur and also like to binge on different TV shows on Netflix.
